Zutaten:

400g Hackfleisch
100g Speck, gewürfelt
1 Zwiebel, gehackt
2 Zehen Knoblauch, klein geschnitten
3 EL Tomatenmark
½ Liter Brühe
1 Stange Sellerie/Zuchini
1 Dose Mais
500 g Nudeln, z.B. Penne rigate

Zubereitung:

Nudeln kochen. Zwiebel in Olivenöl gut weich dünsten, Knoblauch hinzufügen.
Hackfleisch und Speck dazugeben und krümelig braten. Dann klein geschnittene Selleriestange, Mais und Tomatenmark zugeben und dünsten.
Mit Brühe auffüllen und einkochen lassen.
